Environmental Audit Assessments

An environmental audit or walkover survey involves an engineer visiting a Site to undertake a brief examination, produce a photographic record, and identify any areas of environmental concern either as a result of an industrial process, ongoing working practices or in the case of derelict sites, the degradation of former infrastructure.

It can also allow the identification of potential spillages, migration of off-site contaminants, pernicious weeds (including Japanese Knotweed and Giant Hogweed), and geotechnical hazards.

Phoenix Environmental have extensive experience in audit across a wide range of industrial processes and sites, allowing for swift, accurate assessment to support Phase 1 Desk Studies, or Site Condition Reports.
